The bridge connecting the towers is unnecessarily complex!!! Housekeeping visits at night are inconvenient, especially after a long day!!! More transparency regarding breakfast options would really help future guests!!!

I had an amazing stay! The upgrade to a deluxe room was a delightful surprise, and the breakfast spread was simply the best. Plus, the prompt cleaning made everything feel so fresh each time I returned.

our stay at the luxury collection was amazing. the location was perfect, close to everything! the staff were super attentive and friendly. our deluxe room was spacious and came with complimentary champagne and fruits. breakfast had a great variety too! we loved the b'attitude spa, which added a relaxing touch to our experience.
